Mystery ship at Changi Naval Base, visible in captures from about 2005 to present. As of 2021/01 a facebook contact kindly let us know this is the Jolly Roger II target barge. This roughly approximates a fast attack craft and replaced the first Jolly Roger after it apparently sunk.
