HTMS Phosampton 611 Algerine Class Minesweeper/Patrol Ship (1947-2012) Built in Toronto. World’s last active Algerine Class, ex-HMS Minstrel J-445 (1945-1947). Served as a training ship for many years. As of 2018 her ultimate fate is unclear.
According to late 1990s editions of Jane’s Fighting Ships, a deckhouse was built where the minesweeping gear used to be near the stern, and the bow 4″ gun was replaced by a 3″/50.
